Worldwide Safety Devices offers a Chlorine (CL2) continuous monitoring model CL-1001 of chlorine gas in ambient air with a long life sensor. The monitor detects chlorine gas in the range from 0 to 10 PPM up to 100 PPM as required in user areas such as power plants, water treatment plants, chlorinator manufacturers, paper mills, caustic soda and petrochemical industries. The sensor has no cross sensitivity to hydrogen chloride, ammonia and sulphur dioxide. The 31/2 Digit LED display with a resolution of 0.1 PPM. The response time of sensor is 90% within 30 seconds. There are two set point alarm circuits, each giving 1 NO contact output. The unit is housed in a cast aluminum encloser conforming to IP55 protection. The instrument's maintenance and calibration procedures are simple.
